Plevier® hopes you are completely satisfied with your article. If you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange or return your item within the 30-day trial period. Please indicate in your account if you wish to exchange it, so we can reserve the desired item for you. We will send you a DHL return barcode for The Netherlands and a DHL return label for Belgium and Luxembourg via e-mail after you have notified us of your return. To exchange or return your item:

- Re-pack the unused and undamaged item with the cards attached in the original packaging and clearly visibly write the sent DHL code on the package or stick the return label on it. Make sure that you remove the old labels.

For Europe and worldwide:

We only accept returned items that:
- Returned in the original undamaged packaging
- Be undamaged and unused, with the original cards attached to the bag.

If the items are unused and undamaged and returned in a timely and correct manner, plevierbusinessbags.com will pay the price paid no later than 14 days after the return catch of the items.
